higher education;

Job description
contacting customers by phone in order to promote and inform on existing offers;
establishing, maintaining and developing business relationships with existing customers, but also expanding the customer portfolio;
promoting product offers by taking orders from customers;
regularly approaching the entire portfolio of clients by telephone;
makes job-specific reports;
permanent development of the relationship with the clients in order to reach the business objectives;
achieving the sales target and fulfilling other objectives set by the direct manager;
recording in the CRM system the details discussed with each client;
issuing fiscal invoices based on orders and introducing / correcting reception documents;
preparing orders for delivery;
keeping records of documents.
