About the framework program

DUX Social Responsibility represents the framework through which DUX MD Pharma Solutions develops community impact initiatives aligned with CSR and ESG principles.

The objective is to contribute in a responsible way to improving access to resources, supporting vulnerable individuals, and developing projects with long-term impact.

This framework is implemented with a clear separation from commercial activity and in compliance with ethical principles in the healthcare sector.

Impact directions (program pillars)

Initiatives are developed around three main pillars, each with its own rules and mechanisms:

  1. Social – Patients (Patient Support & Access)
    Initiatives aimed at facilitating patient access to resources and parapharmaceutical products, as well as supporting patient communities through educational and support projects.
  2. Social – Vulnerable communities
    Support initiatives for individuals and communities with specific social needs (e.g. limited access to resources, economic vulnerability, documented situational hardship).
  3. Environment – Sustainability
    Environmental and sustainability initiatives (e.g. community actions, environmental education, impact reduction projects, volunteer involvement).

Sub-programs and partnerships

Within the framework program, DUX MD Pharma Solutions may develop thematic sub-programs depending on community needs and active partnerships (e.g. sub-programs dedicated to female/male reproductive health, prevention, health education, support for social cases, etc.).


Each sub-program includes:

  • a dedicated page (description, principles, general criteria)
  • an access and implementation mechanism
  • communication and compliance rules
  • impact indicators (KPIs) and periodic reporting (where applicable)

Key principles (applicable to all sub-programs)

  • institutional/CSR character, non-promotional
  • transparency and traceability of allocated resources
  • compliance with applicable legislation and healthcare ethics principles
  • separation between CSR initiatives and commercial activity
  • data protection and beneficiary confidentiality
