Job description

  • taking over telephone orders as well as from the online environment, providing information on products;
  • managing the online store and the marketplace platform;
  • telephone relationship with customers, courier companies;
  • Invoicing, AWB generation, package preparation;
  • maintaining the management by introducing NIRs, Consumption Vouchers, Receipts in the Billing-Management program;
  • other administrative activities;
  • maintaining the relationships of consumables suppliers;
  • customer document management;
  • following the due payment terms;
  • preparation of reports and analyzes on product sales, requested by the Direct Manager;
  • performing any other tasks set by the direct superior.
