The ideal candidate
higher education;
experience of at least one year is an advantage;
category B driving license - is an advantage;
conscientiously assuming tasks;
proactive personality and positive customer-oriented thinking;
the ability to focus on results;
excellent communication and presentation skills;
English language - intermediate level;
good knowledge of PC use (Internet, MS Office);
energetic, eager for professional development, dedicated and loyal;
skills for planning and organizing the activity;
the person able to work autonomously and in a team;
minimum knowledge of primary accounting;
experience in a similar position or work in an Invoicing software is an advantage;
Job description
taking over telephone orders as well as from the online environment, providing information on products;
managing the online store and the marketplace platform;
telephone relationship with customers, courier companies;
Invoicing, AWB generation, package preparation;
maintaining the management by introducing NIRs, Consumption Vouchers, Receipts in the Billing-Management program;
other administrative activities;
maintaining the relationships of consumables suppliers;
customer document management;
following the due payment terms;
preparation of reports and analyzes on product sales, requested by the Direct Manager;
performing any other tasks set by the direct superior.
