Job description

  • contacting customers by phone in order to promote and inform on existing offers;
  • establishing, maintaining and developing business relationships with existing customers, but also expanding the customer portfolio;
  • promoting product offers by taking orders from customers;
  • regularly approaching the entire portfolio of clients by telephone;
  • makes job-specific reports;
  • permanent development of the relationship with the clients in order to reach the business objectives;
  • achieving the sales target and fulfilling other objectives set by the direct manager;
  • recording in the CRM system the details discussed with each client;
  • issuing fiscal invoices based on orders and introducing / correcting reception documents;
  • preparing orders for delivery;
  • keeping records of documents.
